SEUR Service (Peninsula and Portugal only)

The package is delivered to the customer's address by SEUR staff. 

The goods are dispatched within 24 hours if they are in our warehouses and are sent the next working day. If the goods are not available, we will contact you to notify the delivery date.

Postal Service (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Europe)

The package is delivered to the customer's address by Correos staff. 

The goods are dispatched within 24 hours if they are in our warehouses and are sent the next working day. If the goods are not available we will contact you to notify the delivery date.

EXPRESS SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE.

If you wish to receive your shipment in 48h-72h anywhere in Europe, please contact us so that we can give you a quotation of the shipping price.

DELIVERY TIMES

24h shipping by SEUR for Peninsula and Portugal.

Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and rest of Europe shipment by registered post (time 2-5 days.)

All orders placed before 14h will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 14h will be shipped the next working day.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.

What to do if an order has arrived damaged.

We recommend carefully checking the order, at the time of delivery by the transport agency, in case of deterioration, you must leave a record in the delivery note of the agency at the time of signing it. 

Take photos of the package and contact immediately with Cambia tu Móvil, sending an email with the photos to info@Cambiatumovil.com. You have a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the order. 

What to do if the content of the package is incorrect

If one or more products received do not correspond to your order, contact immediately with Cambia tu Móvil, sending an email to info@Cambiatumovil.com. We will check if indeed you have not received the order correctly and we will send you a transport label for you to return the wrong material at our expense. 

Once received at our facilities we will send you the correct material. If this is not possible, we will issue you a voucher for the amount of your purchase. 

Right of withdrawal.

All our online buyers have the right to cancel their purchase without having to justify this decision, within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of your order.

To exercise this right, please contact us at the email info@cambiatumovil.com where once verified that you meet the requirements necessary to exercise this right of withdrawal we will give you an RMA number.

To exercise the right of withdrawal the item must be in the same condition in which it was sent to you. The shipping costs of returning the items in case of withdrawal are borne by the buyer. If you prefer that we send you a transport label, the cost will be deducted from the refund of the purchase.

You must send the item in the same packaging in which we sent it to you, if possible, or similar, as well as the accessories you received, protecting the equipment with bubble wrap or similar to avoid damage in transit. In case of loss or deterioration of the item caused by transport, it will be the responsibility of the person who contracted the transport to assume the cost. Therefore, if you make the shipment on your own, we recommend that you hire a transport with insurance and a tracking number.

In Cambia tu móvil we will not accept any exchange or return if we have not previously received notification.
